Orleans Series

Orleans Series takes place in a hypothetical small town somewhere in the heartlands of Southern Illinois. It’s small town feel, eclipsed by a private liberal arts college, engages visitors and residents alike with a surprising cosmopolitan vibe. It’s unusual affluence for a small town in Southern Illinois has also fostered a relatively strong progressive political outlook which separates the town from some of its geographically close neighbors.

The series follows the journeys of six gay men who’ve returned to Orleans to make it their home. Nathan Walker, Tanner Rhoades, Demetrius Dresser, and Chet Fuller hail from the same high school graduating class ten years earlier. The other two younger men, Ragan Thompson and Octavius Dresser are at least six years younger than the four classmates, but they still have the drive to want Orleans to be their home.
